2nd Annual Downtown Window Decoration Contest Winners

The City of Shelbyville hosted its 2nd Annual Downtown Window Decoration Contest in the last few weeks of December and now has announced the three winners amongst the merchants on the square.
Coming in first place in downtown, the Finn & Riley clothing store expressed its festivity this year. After preparing for over three days to decorate for the holidays, trees and lights covered the front of the store. Finn & Riley is now coming up on its second year of being in business.
The second place was won by Leanne’s Flowers, a florist shop on the square that went big on nutcrackers and snowflakes to celebrate the Christmas season.
Lastly, in the third place was the Glass Hollow Table restaurant, celebrating with frosty windows and lit trees through the glass. The doorway also was decorated with evergreen boughs and lots of ornaments.
As the Christmas season concludes and the new year begins, 2025 will be a year to remember for Shelbyville for the various events and festivities across Bedford County as the community has gotten together to celebrate.
