A proud Tennessee native and alumna of MTSU, Sarah Butterworth brings a deep understanding of the local community and a fresh, results-driven approach to the real estate market. Following the birth of her child in 2020, Sarah made a fulfilling career change to pursue her passion, becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Southern Realty.
This transition was driven by a desire for meaningful work and a strong connection to helping others achieve their homeownership dreams. Sarah enjoys partnering with all clients, whether they are first-time home Buyers, Sellers looking to move up, or savvy Real Estate Investors. She is dedicated to making every transaction smooth, successful, and tailored to her clients’ unique needs.
When she isn’t working diligently for her clients, her greatest joy is making memories with her husband and children. Her favorite pastimes include trying new recipes, exploring the outdoors through hiking, taking the kids for rides on their little pony, and simply being together.
