On Wednesday, Nov. 22, at 10:30 a.m., the Shelbyville-Bedford County Public Library will be having a Morning Storytime with special guest reader Mayor Randy Carroll. The library’s interactive story times introduce young children to reading, music, STEAM, and language with stories, songs, and activities. Parents also learn fun ways to build the early literacy skills their children need to learn to read.
