Matter of Balance is a program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. The series of eight classes consists of discussion, activities and exercises to reduce fall risks and increase strength and balance. The class is free and will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays, March 1 – 26, from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

The Bedford County Anti-Drug Coalition will meet at 6 p.m. at Victory Baptist Church, 2200 N. Main St. in Shelbyville on Thursday, Feb. 29. This meeting will be open to the public.
The Bedford County Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. on the second floor of the historic Bedford County Courthouse, on the square in Shelbyville.
