LTC (US Army Retired) John J. Trankovich, passed away April 7, 2024, at his home in Normandy, Tenn., at the age of 93.
He is survived by his wife: Nancy Trankovich; sons, John Trankovich Jr. (Catherine) of Valley Mills, Texas, Joseph Hart of Brea, Calif., Matthew Hart of Normandy, Andrew Hart (Jamie) of Mt. Juliet, Tenn.; daughters, Rosemary Smith of Spring, Texas, Michele Cochrane (Timothy) of Kingwood, Texas, Kelly Beaulieu (Robert) of Mooresville, N.C., Jill Hart of Shelbyville, Tenn., Kristie Honeycutt of Gautier, Miss., Julie Attaway (Brian) of Georgetown, Texas, Nancy Heitschmidt (Gerald) of Athens, Ga.; brother, Rudy Trankovich of Stratford, Conn.; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service and burial will be held at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va.
