Wartrace has officially begun its Christmas season starting on Nov 29 with its Christmas tree lighting and various other events hosted at the center of town.
Two dancing groups were present during the day with The Dickens Dancers along with the Mid State Cloggers who performed for visitors in Wartrace during the cultural celebration. Later into the night, the town Christmas tree lighting happened at 6:00 p.m. along with a live performance from The Outlier band at The Iron Horse restaurant.
In addition to the festivities, two brand new businesses have also established themselves in Wartrace starting this month. That Massage Place, a new massage and therapeutics business and Delmonico’s Country Kitchen restaurant have opened up on Dec 1 and Dec 4 respectively, with both businesses having hosted an open house on Nov 29.
With the traction and attention that it’s receiving, the Christmas season in the town of Wartrace will be an active and richly cultured one.
