On Wednesday, Nov. 22, at 10:30 a.m., the Shelbyville-Bedford County Public Library will be having a Morning Storytime with special guest reader Mayor Randy Carroll. The library’s interactive story times introduce young children to reading, music, STEAM, and language with stories, songs, and activities.
